XLNC Cars provides chauffeur-driven wedding cars across Surrey from our Woking base. Every booking includes ribbon in your colours and two legs on the day: to the ceremony, then on to the reception, with the car waiting in between. We have driven Surrey weddings for more than 30 years.

What we cover
A wedding car is more than one journey. These are the six parts of the day we plan for, from the first run of the morning to the last guest home, all agreed with you before the day.
Two legs as standard: to the ceremony in good time, then on to the reception once you are married.
The car stays at the ceremony venue throughout the service, ready for photographs the moment you walk out.
Included on every wedding booking. Bring a swatch or photo and we match it. Flowers can be arranged on request.
Hairdresser trips, the groom and best man to the venue early, and separate cars from separate addresses.
Extra cars for parents, bridesmaids and ushers, or a Minibus so a larger family arrives together.
A late-night run to your hotel for the night, or to the airport to start the honeymoon.
Who books it
Wedding plans tend to fall into three shapes. Tell us which is closest to yours and we will suggest how many cars you need, which class suits the venue, and how to time the legs.
Ceremony and reception at the same place: an Executive or VIP car for the arrival, the photographs and the send-off.
A church or register office in one town and the reception in another, with the drive between timed in advance.
Several addresses on the morning and a bigger party, handled with extra cars or a Minibus on one schedule.
Fixed fares
We do not publish wedding prices, because no two wedding days are shaped the same. You get one fixed fare for your day before you book, covering the cars, the legs and the ribbon.
How long you need the car, how many cars the party needs, the class you choose and how far apart the venues are.
The fare is confirmed when you book. A ceremony that runs long or extra photographs do not change it.
Ribbon in your colours is part of every wedding booking. Anything extra, such as flowers, is agreed up front.

Questions
Three things set the price: how long you need the car on the day, how many cars the wedding party needs, and the class you choose, from Executive to VIP. We do not publish prices. Send us the date and venues on WhatsApp or through the form and we reply with one fixed fare before you book.
Ribbon dressing in your wedding colours is included as standard on every wedding booking, so there is no extra line for it. Tell us your colour scheme when you book. Flowers or other decoration can be arranged on request if you mention them early.
As soon as you have a date. We take wedding bookings well over a year ahead, and popular dates go first. We always try to fit in later requests, but early is safer.
Every booking covers two legs: we bring you to the ceremony, then carry you on to the reception once you are married, with the car dressed in ribbon to match your colours. Extra journeys, more cars for the wedding party or decoration beyond ribbon can be added when you book.
Yes, it is still worth it. It gives you the arrival and the departure, and the car waits for your first photographs as newlyweds. If you would like a short drive around the area afterwards, just ask your chauffeur on the day.
Yes. If the bride is getting ready at one address and the groom at another, we arrange separate cars collecting from each and bring everyone to the ceremony in the right order. Send us the addresses and timings when you book and we plan the routes around them.
Your chauffeur brings the car as close to the door as the venue allows and times your exit to keep you covered for as much of the walk as possible. A downpour need not spoil the dress or the photographs.
The cars
Clean inside and out, dressed in your colours, with a suited chauffeur. The Executive is the quieter classic choice; the VIP car carries more presence on a long drive or at a grand entrance.
