We are a small chauffeur and private hire company based in Woking, Surrey, and we keep the information we hold about you to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and provide our service.

If you book a journey, any further details needed to fulfil that booking (such as flight numbers) are collected directly by phone, email or WhatsApp once we're in contact, not through an automated system.

Our website is a static site, and our contact and booking forms are handled by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form-submission service. When you submit a form, the information is sent securely to Netlify's infrastructure and forwarded to us; it isn't stored in a database on this website itself. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. You can read Netlify's own privacy practices atnetlify.com/privacy.
At the time of writing, this website does not run Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracking script. We don't build an advertising profile of visitors, and no behavioural or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us. If that changes in future — for example, if we add analytics to understand which pages are useful — we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy first, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Our Contact Us page embeds a Google Map so you can see our Woking base. Loading that map calls Google's servers directly, and Google may set its own cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy when the map loads — this is outside our control. We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your journey and deal with any follow-up (typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us), and longer only where we're required to for bookkeeping or legal reasons.
