We are a small chauffeur and private hire company based in Woking, Surrey, and we keep the information we hold about you to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and provide our service.

If you book a journey, any further details needed to fulfil that booking (such as flight numbers) are collected directly by phone, email or WhatsApp once we're in contact, not through an automated system.

Our website is a static site. Our contact and booking forms submit directly to our own server, which emails the details straight to our office — no third-party form-processing service is used, and submissions are not stored in a database on this website.
This website does not run any analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics/GA4) and does not use Meta Pixel or any social-platform retargeting pixel. We do run Google Ads conversion tracking, used only to measure whether a booking, phone call or WhatsApp message followed a click on one of our own Google Ads — see our Cookie Policy for exactly what that sets and when. It is gated behind Google's Consent Mode: before you accept our cookie notice, Google receives only a cookieless signal; full advertising cookies are set only after you accept. We don't build a cross-site advertising profile of visitors beyond that measurement. If we add an analytics platform in future, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy first, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Our Contact Us page embeds a Google Map so you can see our Woking base. Loading that map calls Google's servers directly, and Google may set its own cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy when the map loads — this is outside our control. We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your journey and deal with any follow-up (typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us), and longer only where we're required to for bookkeeping or legal reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.
